• Sodium • Potassium • Unflavored hydration salts
COMPOUND PROFILE Na+, K+, Mg2+
THE 30-SECOND VERDICT
Electrolyte replacement is basic physiology. Brand “focus hydration” extras are usually unrelated.
Useful electrolyte mixes declare milligrams of sodium. A 1000 mg sodium serving is a different product from a lightly salted flavored drink.
WHAT PEOPLE USE IT FOR
- ✓ Hot days
- ✓ Training
- ✓ Low-food mornings
WHAT THE EVIDENCE ACTUALLY PROVES
- ● Sodium amount is the main differentiator. Potassium and magnesium are secondary for most drink use.
- ✕ Not for unrestricted use in hypertension without a clinician. Not a hangover cure.
